I would like to simply state my feelings regarding the proposed new rules regarding the direct selling industry. Myself, as an Independent business owner, would find it harmful to another citizen if they had to wait 7 days until they could register with our business. Our lives are built on moments, subtle strong moments. If your looking for a business opportunity, and one comes upon you that excites you, and you feel like "I can build a future for me & my family", sometimes that very moment is when you need to become a part of it. You register and then it may take a few months till you get that fire again, but then you start to build the business and profit. I feel if you had to wait 7 days before you registered, in a lot of cases, the fire wouldn't be there anymore, and you would take the opportunity away from thousands of people to fulfill the american dream.
