I believe that a rule that forces the home based businesses to be clear and consice to the propect is important not only to the IBOs that are building their business and bettering their furture but also the people looking at bettering themselves. This would make it harder for the scams to plague those looking to expand their options. People are skeptable of business opportunities and investing because of the lack of disclosure about the fine print. There is no difference between what Franchising and Quixtar have to offer and to what the Exchange in Chicago, New York or Tokyo have to offer. People what to make the most money they can for their families and full disclosure should be mandatory; but more importantly people should know about this on a grand scale. They should know what to look for and that their is a disclosure rule. So, all that said, if the rule goes thru that is great but if people don't know about it it is usless. So when it is passed make it public and VERY VERY public at that. Give people looking to better themselves the confidence that something is being done to protect them from scams; no different than what the SEC does for the MARKET. Thanks and have a great day.
