I am a Quixtar business owner and have been for three years. I'm very proud and happy with my affilliation with Quixtar and their business opportunity has given me and my family a realistic chance to get ahead in life. It has also allowed my wife and I to build and manage a business while keeping our son at home and caring for him ourselves rather than putting him in a daycare center. I believe that taking the responsibility for raising your own children rather than allowing a day care provider to do it, has a dramatic impact on our personal lives the future of my children and also the future of this great country. Many of the changes that are being proposed would put a serious strain on our business and really limit how productive and how quickly we could build our business. I do support creating a clear simple and level playing field. I do believe that their should be a reasonable cancellation period and completely object to a seven day waiting period, as it would seriously hamper the rate of growth that is so vital to the success of Quixtar IBO's. I do not agree with or believe that Quixtar IBO's should have to provide references or disclosure of past litigation and I really disagree and do not support a requirement for financial records to be dislcosed to prospects. I do believe however that their should be a policy in place for making claims on what a Specific IBO earns so that they are not making false claims and I also support a policy for showing prospective IBO's potential earnings and average earnings based on level of achievement. Most Quixtar IBO's disclose this information already, but of course as with any opportunity, there are those out there that would choose to mislead and inflate numbers or make false claims. I am a part of a very responsible and reputable group of business owners and we do our best to disclose as much as possible to every new and prospective IBO. Personally, making false claims will only hurt our business and my credibility, therefore I let everyone know what is possible but not guaranteed. What you could earn if you do what is necessary and what the average Quixtar IBO earns. And last but not least I never share with anyone what I earn because it has absolutely nothing to do with what they can earn. I do not make false claims and if asked what I earn I always respond to people what the average Quixtar IBO earns and let them know thats what they'll make or less if they're average. Finally, I believe that its imperitive that we are careful about the legislation thats put into place because although it appears that it's being put into effect to protect it can also do a lot of harm to those of us who are looking out for the best interests of the very people it's intending to protect. Thank you letting me share my opinion and I hope that it will help.
