Dear FTC, I'm proud to be an American, a Quixtar IBO. I have been in this business since 1990. The goals that my wife and I have meet is 2500 PV Eagles but we are not stopping until we reach our goal of Crown Ambrassdor's. Our business has affected our whole family, by teaching them goals and having a positive outlook on life and to become entrpeneurs. My wife and I have started a traditional business thanks to our Quixtar business and the laws governed to help change people lives and give them employment. When I registered I was given all the proper information and when I register people I give them the proper literature to make a quality decision. Also, I informed them while I'm sharing the concept that this is not a "Get Rich Quick Scheme". We let them know that it is hard work and success doesn't come easy. I think it is unfair to judge Quixtar with other home base business because our track record has been proven for years. I realize people are people and you have goof ups in everything but we didn't get number #1 for nothing. Plus we realize if we teach people wrong it will come back and bit us in the behind. Our goal is to serve people and teach them properly to help their families and have fun along the way. Some companies don't have the integrity to do things above board they are just looking to make a quick buck. I disagree that IBO's will need to give references because people have a choice whether or not to build this business and sometimes life happens. The reason I feel this way is because if the references are not happy for whatever the reason they might be negative base on their experiences and not this new person. I think it should be of choice that the IBO shows their bonus check if they like. I totally disagree with the seven-day waiting period because a person will know whether or not they want to make extra money building a business or not. When they go for a part-time job they don't give them seven days to think about either they are going to take or not. I feel we are providing all the necessary tools for a new person to make a quality decision to build a business and have a productive life. I'm excited for the opportunity to express myself and I know with God's prayer you will make the right decision. Thank You, Charles Thurston
