To whom it may concern; We in direct sales understand that the consumers must be protected. But, not at the expense of our bussinesses.We who are doing our bussiness legitimately , with this rule will be lumped into and with those who are not. Part of recruiting is often done to help the consumer to get the product for a wholesale price.If they had to wait days to be able to sign up they may miss out on alot.
