I have been involved for the last 6 years and in that 6 yrs, my wife have found a zest for life and helping others, we have made money over all those years and enjoy what we do. The proposal would effect how we run our business, the positives are that we should be honest about our incomes and the opportunity of getting paid for your performance. We should not be forced to have a waiting period , because this could lead to loss of revenue due to the fast paced society we live in. Also we have what we call an SA-4400 that clearly defines the ownership plan, its true potential, avg. based on current IBO's and everyhting needed to give a full detail of our opportunity. To give prospects names and numbers of other IBO's would not be fair to the IBO or to the prospect, because of loyalty or poaching. That is like saying that if a person interveiws for a company he must first talk to 10 other companies before he can accept the job, it just does not seem right. In closing we should make this a level playing field for everyone making the cost to start a home based business reasonable under $200.00 in which ours is and if someone wants to quit, they have that opportunity to and get a fair return of the cost to gain a contract with Quixtar. What we have as IBO's is very special, and the lives that are changed with the association and the team spirit of making a differnce everywhere we can is very important, please dont hinder that freedom. Thank you for your understanding, Milton S. Herring, II
