I have read your proposal and it seems as if the guidelines that you are suggesting are too limiting to any business oppurtunity. Their should not be a 7 day waiting period for a prospect to register. Their should not be a requirement to provide prospects with past litigation. I believe that their should be a reasonable cancellation policy. Financial records do not need to be disclosed to prospects. Free enterprise is what made this country great in the first place, by limiting and regulating small businesses too much, will have a disasterous effect on this great country. The more government control the more the poverty of any country that has tried to control people and businesses. I do agree on regulations but not that will prohibit small business.
