Let me first say that I think it is important that everyone be able to make an informed decision on whether or not they should register as an independent business owner. So I agree with that part of the proposal. As far as placing tougher restrictions for IBO's sponsering new members, I do not agree. Owning an independent business is a tremendous oppertunity, and a chance for hard working families to have a better life, by owning their own business. With the new restrictions that are being proposed, I would have not got registered, and would have missed out on a great oppertunity to own a business of my own. I strongly encourage you to reconsider because of the impact this will have on families trying to better themselves by owning their own business.
