Hi, there- I've been a Quixtar IBO for about 2 years. My experience has been nothing but positive. I'm writing to express my joy that the FTC is aware of and willing to take action against "get rich quick schemes" and other illegal "business" opportunities. However, I want to explain how some of the proopsed rules will negatively affect not only my business, but the business of other honest, hardworking IBOs' businesses. Re: References- some people are in areas where they do not know any other IBOs for instance, they may have just headed off to college or graduate school or they could have just moved to a new area. Also, people have a right to disclose their personal information (name, telephone, address) to whomever they chose, but it's not another's right to do so. Re: Litigation List- Every person will not be pleased with every piece of service; however, Quixtar has put into place money back quarantees and exchange policies to help satisfy customers. I can't imagine how cumbersome this paperwork would be (having to keep up to the minute paperwork at all times on something that could be happening across the country) not to mention the amount of trees harvested for such heavy documentation. Lastly, I see this Litigation List as a loophole to allow anyone malicious to file fraudulent complaints just to impede others' strives at economic freedom. Re: Financial Substantiation- I believe this would violate one's right to privacy. I personally never tell propspects eople how much money I make. Some IBOs are just getting started in their business, but it does not mean the income potential is not present. I think this causes the prospect to judge the opportunity through the sponsoring IBO and not the business opportunity itself. I apologize if my words are not clear or my thoughts not complete. I am writing from my heart and I ask that you would consider this as you read. Continue to have a great day! Please feel free to email me if you have any questions:
