I am an independent FreeLife International marketing executive. After reviewing the proposed FTC Business Opportunity Rule, R511993 - I am strongly opposed to this incredibly restrictive rule. I was able to develop my small business as a result of the opportunity FreeLife International, its products and marketing plan made available to me. This FTC proposed rule would destroy my small business that I have worked to develop. Legitimate businesses in the direct sales industry, like FreeLife, will be negatively affected. This proposal would damage the livelihood of thousands and thousands of independent businesses like me who are American taxpayers. The propsed rulings are oppressive, ambiguous - almost impossible. Please do not allow this restrictive rule to be enacted. Thank you for your time. Vivian Sauter
