FTC, This letter comes as a response to your proposed Business Opportunity Rule, R511993. I am strongly opposed to the implementation of this rule. This rule is totally unecessary and serverely oppressive. This rule will negatively affect the Direct Market Selling Industry in that it carries a gross violation of the privacy of any and all distributors, excessive, unreasonable and unecessarally time consuming sign-up and disclosure process and increased and unecessary expense for both company and distributors. I strongly suggest that you abandon any further attempts to put this rule into law. Sincerely, James R. Braun
