Our Financial Records are PRIVATE. Just as our Medical Records. Lets Keep It That Way! Why does Government always want to pry into our personal lives? Bringing up past Litigation is Bad Business. If we have to open up our closet, Then The FTC should have to open up their closet and THen we can all look at the skeletons! I don't have a problem with providing references. I think this is good business practice if the referencies know that they may be called. I don't think a 7 day waiting period makes any sense. If I had to wait 7 days when I heard about a new IPO in the stock market, I would loose money and business. I think creating a level playing field by requiring clear, simple, and standardized income disclosures that apply to all direct sellers would be feasable. Thanks for your time in this matter. Sincerely Rick Jensen
