I do believe that all information about the opportunity should be given to any prospect, but I do not think that personal financial information about my business should have to be disclosed or refrences given on the part of the business owner. We are prospecting for who we would want to be in business with us and if any thing we should be asking the prospect for refrences because we are now taking the prospect into to our orginization under the good faith that they have the honesty and integrity to run a successful business.
