As an Independent Business Owner, I would like to offer that the business systems that are not reviewed by the FTC and deemed a "legitimate marketing organization" should be shut down. All schemes that pursue promotions as legitimate business opportunities should be prosecuted under federal law. I think a time frame should be assigned / required for all internet / web based opportunities to be filtered by the FTC and that every available means necessary to expedite such processes should be enabled.
