Although this proposal has good intentions, they would greatly hender our abilty as IBOs to affectively expand our businesses. These proposals were made seemingly without expert understanding of how a private franchising business operates. I believe the proposals should be eliminated to insure our full capability of spreading free enterprise business in America. Thankyou and God bless.
