I have recently found out about the proposed idea. I definitely do not agree with certain parts of it. However, other parts or changes could be made to it to make it decent. For one thing you should not have to make people wait 7 days before they can sign up for the Quixtar business. People are in a hurry nowadays and making them wait to do things would not be good. You should not have to give people past litigation against the Quixtar business because if they were worried about it they will check it out for themselves. Another thing that concerns me is the idea of requiring us to show all income claims. This is definitely not fair to everyone because if you have to show your income when you first get started, of course its not gonna look very good, like everything else it takes time. Another thing is that I agree that there should be a reasonable cancellation time period, that would be a great thing to add. Also, showing some simplified incomes would be alright too. Overall, Quixtar is a very legitimate business and if this would get approved it would hurt all of us greatly.
