To: FTC I am affiliated with a direct selling organization called Quixtar. It has been a fantastic opportunity for me and my family. We recently learned of proposed changes to Rules governing direct selling companies like Quixtar. I would agree that we be very open and up front about prospecting and registering new people in our business. I would have to disagree that the prospect would have to wait 10 days to register. Also the "get rich quick schemes" are always found out and they shut down. We want commerce to prosper in America, not slow it down. Thank you, Don Broadwater
