I totally disagree with your comments of the 7 day wait. I might not have the income I was hoping for at this point, but what I do have is MUCH appreciated and has helped my family! The 7 day wait would tie up so much of my time sponsoring new business owners, that I would end up loosing MORE TIME! I do agree with a full disclosure of cancellation. I don't agree with a list of references! This requirement would infringe on the privacy of every IBO whose name, address, and phone number was provided to prospects. It would also penalize the sponsor, who would be required to give his prospect contact information for 10 other IBOs, any of whom might be happy to register the prospect themselves. I am more than happy to introduce them to people who are working with me! The next issue of disclosures of income: If disclosures are needed, require a simple, standard, easily understood disclosure such as "average monthly gross income for 'ACTIVE' IBOs." Why should I disclose my income which is totally different from someone who has been in business longer and ACTIVELY building it the whole time. People think they can GET RICH quick and we explain this is not the case! Make a standard set of rules that is fair for everyone. The honest companies will prevail and the others will disappear.
