I am in support of the position that every prospect should have the information needed to make an informed decision but against specific provisions of the FTC proposal that would penalize honest IBOs and cripple their sponsoring efforts. The FTC should requiered that every bussines deliver an approved written exposition to prospects to assure the acuracy of the information about the products, bussines information and distribution methods. The methods present in the propposal only affects the honest IBOs because they are going to complie with the new regulations, but the dishonest will use every possible way to not complie with that.
