Dear FTC! I am writing to complain about "Business Opportunity Rule, Matter No. R511993". I thing it will damage MLM industry and its honorable distributers. this law means that administration has a criminal look upon this industry. If you think this is a right way to go, then you must enforce this new rule to all resellers of airplane tickets, too. and som many other jobs in this country who play such a role in decieving people.
