First, I would like to take the time to thank the FTC for looking into helping eliminate fraudulant schemes. This means a lot to a business owner working on bringing credibility to their particular business. I also believe that by eliminating particular schemes, it will allow people a fair chance at pursuing their dreams. However, many of the FTC proposals would actually hinder business owners within the Quixtar business. Quixtar is an amazing corporation that allows people a fair chance at a better life and is backed by integrity and accountability. Quixtar and its affiliates also take much pride in educating individuals about our marketing plan and stand by our word when helping others pursue their goals. By introducing these particular rules to eliminate certain schemes would, in turn, pentalize those that build business properly and hinder growth to organizations that take pride in helping others. We ask that the proposed rules would be discarded. Thank you for your concerns. Ben Schierbeek
