I have conserns about this policy to be law on my buisness. The 7 days disclosures is a direct violation og my pricy act and the furture buiness people of america. My buisness allows a money back guarrantee if they don't feel that is is for them. The list name HAS got to go.that in itself is a direct violation of PRIVACY ACT. Disclosures of Lawsuits , atbitations and other legal settlements requires MONEY,not to mention a direct VIOLATION OF THE PRIVACY ACT. Don't need that rule. If a disclosed income is needed then require and average disclosure because income tax already takes care of THAT. Requiring me to provide prospects with personal financial as a back to the government who already taxes me on a WAR that I didn't appove should be enough for you to obtain my income. A war only approved by the government including the FTC. MY Privacy is MY Freedom. I havee the right of have my own buisness. There are Organization out there such as BBB than already takes care of that. Quixtar has never lead me wrong. I believe in this system and by the Grace of GOD I am a success. By allowing these rules I will lose more than my freedom but delays prospects freedom as well .This county was found on freedom and Pricavy acts. Take that way will affect all legite buissness such a Quixtar. I haven't hurt anyone but seems to me that you do want to hurt the honest buisnesses as well. Don't allow Privacy to fade away beacuse what's fair is fair, I would like to see exacting where all the SENATORS, REPS and Even the PRESIDENT of this Great nation INCOME is comming from. Don't hide it. Why is it that 5 yrs ago I paid my light bill and now I am struggling as a WAR not approved by the American voter. Another point, why are corporate america doing about the job shortage in america. Why are you allowing this to continue. You allowed Corporate to send american jobs overseas anf you are worried about what I am doing. I have a job that I don't know what the future is but you are worried about my buisnees. I can never save up for the future because corporate is sending jobs overseas and now you want to violate my Privacy act. War that I never approved to pay for and you want to control the only thing that that has renwed my faith in God and Freedom to have a buisness. Quixtar is a great buisness and records of my income is done by the IRS. IRS supported by the governme. Is it failing the Government? Then why all the new requirments? My privacy will be violated. Where is the freedom in that?
