I have just heard about the business opportuniy rule no. R511993. It's great to know that the Federal Trade Commission is doing something to stop fraudulent businesses. However, it's not always benefecial to business owners who have run their business legally. I'am a business owner registered with quixtar since 2002. I was given all the information needed to register. I got all my questions answers, and believe me I'm very skeptical. I do the same with the poeple I register. I give them the information needed, I give them time to analyze the information. Having poeple wait seven days in unnecessary. Some people want to register right away, and I can't tell them that they have to wait. Sometimes they wait form so long that they don't want to register any more maybe because someone discourage them. We don't lie, people are very aware of how this business runs, and the earnings that some IBOs get. I don't enclose my own personal financial information. I do tell them I earned money according to my own efforts, and it's enough to get my products free. It's not fair for new IBOS who are just startig to tell his or her prospects about his or her financial record. This is why we have magazines with people in different levels so people know how other people are doing, and we also take our prospects to events (registered or not) so they can see other IBO's who have succeed. There's no need to disclose references of other IBOS. I don't want my prospects registered with someone else. In this events people can see that other people are doing it, and know how much some IBOS make. I know some people are still very skeptical maybe becasue they heard negative and wrong information. I did my own investigation, and I did see that Quixtar and some ibos have being sued. That's no surpirse, who is not sued this days? I know how it works, no one has stole from me, I had a lot of benefits besides the money I earned: the products are great, if no good I can get my money back in 180 days(thats enough to try it out), I have meet great people, and has help me be a better person.....It might sound ridicoulus but alot of people have different reasons for staying in quixtar. I haven't done so much lately, but I'm still faithfull to quixtar. Quixtar is 100% gurantee, with low cost to register(starting at about $45) and start your business, there is no pressure, if someone is not happy with their sponsor(s) they can change to another sponsor if they wish. Every individual is responsible for their own business, however Quixtar doesn't allow fraudulent behavior, if someone does behave like that they're not welcome. Continue doing a great job keeping false business from expanding. Fraudulent businesses make quixtar look bad. No one is forced to do something they don't want, every individual can make his or her decision after doing they own research. I'm very happy how things are doing I hope you make a favorable decision. thank you and you have a great day.
