To whom it may concern: Hello,We as an IBO, my husband Carlos and I are building this business for about two and half years. we have reach the level of platinum and on our way to founders and beyon, because we are helping people to achive their own dreams. To us, help others achive their own dreams make us sucessesfull people, that is something money can't buy. At that beging after we saw the business plan, our sponsors provided us with enough information for us to make the right decision. Since then that's exatly what we are been doing. If the prospect is not sure of thier decision we keep proving with more information until they are clearly able to make a decision wheter is "yes" or "no". One of the things that we left them with is the SA- 4400, profile of sucesses, books audios, etc. the prospect have to understand that this is not the get rich quick business, no effort business or sucess guarante. they have to be willing to work, and understand that they will make money is in a direct proporcion of their efforts. the registeration will be arround $60.00 + product pack of their preference. after that they have 30 days to change their mine, and the company will refound their money 100%. the new IBO have nothing to lose. We work hard to make money we put our best efforts every night after work to go out their and find a new IBO. "If the propode rule of the prospect have to wait 7 days" to be able to register we will be affected baddly 1st. people will take that in a negative way for them to build and make money with this business(we are know for use a new tegnology) the process will be to slow. 2nd. people wants to get in to started purchasing their own products right of way. and get thier first check which makes them excited to started them new people too. Otherwise it will affect their ability ot earn income, as we make money on the volume, time is money. The 7 days delay will slow this process enormously. So Eliminate the waiting period, at least for opportunities like quixtar where a prospect can get their money back if not satisfied. Also the required to "give every prospect a list of references" the names, addresses and phone #s of the 10 others IBOs in the area- 7 days before the prospect register. this requirement would infringe on our policy and every IBO whose information was provided to prospects. every sponsor who would be required to give his prospect contact information for 10 other IBOs any of whom might be happy to register the prospect themselves. It will afect our business and any other IBOs businesses who are out ther working hard. The prospect dosen't need this list because they are invited to an open meeting where they can interacte and meet IBOs (more than 10) to asked any questions they may have. Please Eliminate the requirement to provide 10 references. Eliminated the requirement to disclose past litigation. because this requirement would open up Quixtar and other legitimate companies to false accusations. Meanwhile, dishonest companies would simply ignore the rule. Also If disclosures are needed, require a simple, standard, easily understood disclosure such as "average monthly gross income for active IBO's. We usually use the SA-4400. Additionals details about our income can affect some people decisions because of their selfsteam eighther they may thing they can not make it. due to they are just starting and can't show big check, that will unmotivated those who are making more money than the future sponsor. we will not be able to sponsor a person who is making 6 figures, because we are not there yet. Usually what I we tell the new prospect is about our own experiences and we always set an appoitment with our diamonds so they can show them what they also can achive if they are willing to work for their dreams this business as I sed it will pay us in a direct proportion of our efforts I belive in our company and its solid foundations. Thank you for your attention sincerely, Lupe & Carlos S.
