I have been employed with my company now for 7 years and can appreciate the fact that not all companies in our industry are as well ran as ours. However, the proposed sanctions on our industry would affect tens of thousands of hard working honest people who are trying to make a living honestly. I'm sure this proposal is well intended but it affects far too many people who are doing the business the right way and stops far too few of the people who aren't. There will always be people doing illegal activity but passing more laws will not slow that down. It just creates more red tape for the people who obey the laws. Please take these issues into consideration as you move forward in your ruling process.
