Comments:
We have been in this business this year will be our 19th year. In my estimation the proposed ruling mandating a 7 day waiting period and a list or references would make it next to impossible for a new business owner to get started, as well as an experienced agent working a long distance business. I think the creditability of the Quixtar business should hold enough weight with the business prospect as well as the referral nature on the contact itself. My opinion is not to mandate these proposed changes.
