I applaud your endeavers to protect the american consumer, yet at the same time you cannot kill the opportunity for entrepruneuers to function. It is this spirit that built America, it the American dream your proposed regulations would hamper. I understand that unscrupulous and dishonest businesses exist. But I ask you, is tying the hands of everyone going to stop the criminals. I would say that the energy and resources would be better spent (and supported) to go after those less then honest people and continue to allow the American Spirit to thrive. I would strongly urge to not pass this legislation. The road to Hell is paved with good intentions and this proposal is a multilaned on ramp to that road..
