To whom it may concern, I strongly agree that we trully need to make sure people out there don't get taken advantage of by unscrupulous con artists. I'm very supportive of our taking steps to prosecute these criminals. Please don't hurt our business by requiring such things as a 7-day waiting period. This trully affects momentum in our business. There is safe systems where people can get their money back if they choose to not participate in the biz. Another problem I have w/ current proposal is the "references" requirement. The problem w/ this one is that most of the time there is no loyalty yet to you, so what if someone speaks to another biz owner and decides to join their biz instead. That would really be tragic, also it would force people to have thier personal info spread all over the place-to people who have possibly alternative motives and utilize their info in incorrectmethods. Giving lawsuits is also a problem being that most are fraudulent and carried by moron judges and lawyers who are a really huge issue in our great country!! Next issue has to do w/ disclosure of income, that is done by our biz in "average monthly gross income for 'active' biz owners. Please keep this just simple and very easily understood. Last but not least, when it comes to substantiating any income claims should and are available at headquarters of our biz. If the FTC would like that info, I think there are already ways they can investigate the validity of the biz opportunity very effectively. Please let us make sure that new rules don't take away our opportunities and keep the USA a great place to own and run legitimate businesses!! Gods Speed! sincerely Ken W.
