I have been a quixtar IBO for just under a year now, and I have been very happy with my "upline" and the system they have in place. I want to thank you for doing what is needed to protect us all from all types of schemes, however, I think believe that some of the provisions in the proposed bill will hinder my ability to run and expand my business. the first issue is that i would have to disclose a list of litigations against Quixtar and various lines of sponsorship. now, if a prospect asked me, i will let them know that there have been litigation against quixtar, but many of the claims have been unsubstantiated and without merrit, so i see no reason to provide my prospets with heresay. also, i think that the requirement to give personal financial information to propects is detremental as well. I believe that some prospects would lose respect for me if i told them that i made onle $200 last month. just because i have not yet made $3000 a month does not mean that i do not have the knowledge to do so in the future and to teach others how to do the same.
