To whom it may concern: I appreciate your interest in curbing misinformation and false claims in this industry. However, I believe that the proposed 7-day waiting period in this rule is far too excessive. In today's world, communication and decision-making have been accelerated to a degree hertofore unknown. It is important to give purchasers the flexibility to pursue changes in income that comes with making decisions in a matter of hours, not weeks. I would urge you to consider a more realistic waiting period of 24 hours. In one day, an enormous amount of information can be gathered and decisions can be made to insure that noone gets "caught up in the moment" and makes a purchase that they later regret. Thank you for your time. Sincerely, Dr. Travis J. Elliott
