Comments:I have been involved with Quixtar for over ten years. While I make more than the average IBO in the business I have not achieved all that I would like. I believe that the business that I am involved in is very forthright in disclosing all relavanr information to prospects so they can make an informed decision . For a person to have to wait seven days befor signing up is a detriment to the indvidual as they will probably lose interest in a very good opportunity. Even in other sales the wait is only 3 days. Giving out information on other IBOs could result in the loss of a prospect to someone else particularly if there is a seven day waiting period. Also trying to give a person any information about law suits, even those that are still pending would be impossible as I would have no way of knowing of suits that are in other states or jurisdictions. While I always tell my prospects whst the average income of an IBO is I do not reveal my personal incomr to anyone. I believe that is private and is protected by law. I always inform my prospects that this oppurtunity is not a get rich quick scheme, but requires time effort and hard work to succeed. The only thing I guarantee is if you do nothing you will get nothing. I also let the prospect know that if they are not satisfied they can get there money back for any products that they have purchased. Usually when someone registers with me they pay approximately $225.00 which includes a number if products. However if the person does not wish to buy the products they can register without buying any products. I agree that there are some bad apples out there but I hope that your proposal does not ruin for the vast majority of honest hard working IBOs what I believe to be a wonderful opportunity for people to succeed in life. If I never made another penny in the business I would still tell you what a great experience the business has provided me. I also know that quixtar is very diligent in enforcing the rules and regulations of the company and the FTC. Thank you for your time.
