I am a partyLite consultant. I am 72 years old and have seen many, many direct sales organizations and worked several. The PartyLite organization is a great one and establishing new consultants under your proposal would indeed be very difficult. I realize that your organization must control the bad guys but this proposal would indeed hurt many of the good organizations. Please use a different approach.
