I am responding to a proposed trade regulations on buisiness opportuinties. I have been involved with the quixtar buisness since 1999. Prior to this i have been with the Alticor amway model since 1990. I have found a great benifit from many facites of the business and its product offerings. We have made many great friends have been able to experience greater family times and have learned to achieve goals in many areas of our life. I believe that the rules of 7 day wait can be a real negative to building a business in the Quixtar model. A manditory wait would cause higher "doubt" as if this was not a good decison. Like if your choice of grocery store required you to have a wait before you could buy their products. I find most people want to review the information we send home and discuss how involved they can become we send home company literature sa 4400 we make personal income claims and would feel any required personal financial information would be an infringement on privacy. last the issue of litigation list seems to be unpractical. many cases are with specific individuals around the country not pertaining to the business of quixtar. we recommend the better business bureau and D&B to be reviewed as well as chamber of commerce to be credible places to check the outside crediblity of the quixtar business and the products we sell.We also recommend prospects to meet some of the people we are working directly with to be exposed to real experience of people in the business and their personal experienc with the products and results in building their business. thank you for your time.
