I am writing to voice my opposition to the proposed Business Opportunity Rule. The requirements of this rule place an undue burden on the selling industry. Such detailed requirements are both a burden and an excessive cost to the industry and its workers. I strongly urge you not to recommend passage of this type of legislation.
