This proposal should create a level playing field by requiring clear,simple, and standardized income disclosures that apply to all direct sellers. And provide a reasonable cancellation policy. Potential items that could hinder business and believe should not require a seven-day waiting period before a prospect could register. Do we have to wait to make a purchase now? There should also be no reason to require IBO references be provided to prospects or disclosure of past litigation. In addition, financial records disclosure to prospects should not be required because these are privately held business by an independent.
