Dear F.T.C. In the past 5 years of building a Quixtar business, I've come along way in character developement, integrity, and accountability. There is no other business opportunity in place out there that compares with our system of leadership, training and developement. It has changed my life and is making me a better productive citizen in this great country of ours - United States of America. I firmly believe in disclosing enough information for a prospect to make a timely, quality decision. In fact, we do just that. To give prospects information in regarding to past and/or ongoing allegations against Quixtar and/or prospective IBO's is irrelevant for prospects to make a decision. For one thing, the allegations does not make anything right or wrong. All it shows is that there are people out there who are negative about what we do in business based upon false, erroneous assumptions of people they choose to listen to. If we are going to pass this kind of rule, why don't we require the largest retailer in America, namely, Walmart to disclose all the allegations and lawsuits against them to prospective employees before their first day at work? To impose this rule on us or any other legitimate business opportunities would be unfair and would violate our freedoms to enterprise. All this to satisfy people who feel that they can't enterprise themselves so they're going to knock everyone down with them. On a different rule. I believe that we give every prospect enough time to make a quality decision to start an Independent Business. Some people choose to build it the second day, some people choose to build it a month from then. We don't force anyone to do anything they don't want to do before they want to do it. And as such, the amount of time that it takes to start a business should be completely up to the prospect themselves and them only, not the government. As far as references is concerned, we give plenty of references to prospects at weekly workshops held all over the country. Quarterly functions held all over the country as well. Team meetings every month or so all throughout the country. We have ample information given to every prospect who show interest in regarding to the 6-4-2 business model. We also have one of the largest website full of information on their as well. Is it biased? Of course! So is every other company out there in the world. I feel that it would be wrong on your part to impose rules on the Quixtar opportunity based upon the failures or schemes of other prospects or businesses. In fact, it would be unconstitutional to further impose rules that would limit entrepreneurs to enterprise. Lastly, I believe the rules that are already in place that has been set for the last 30 or so years is enough. We've never use deception. We've never broken the rules set forth by the Federal Trade Commission. And it is also next to impossible to leave prospects with little or no information to make a quality decision to build a Quixtar business. Thank you for your time in this matter. Jesse W. Henley II
