Comments:
As a member of the Direct Selling community, I am very concerned about this proposal. I believe that this rule would wrongfully penalize the more than 13 million independent distributors who run their businesses with integrity for the sins of a few dishonest people. Additionally, it will by its very existence cause people to look negatively at our profession.
