To Whom it May Concern: I am an Independent Business Owner through Quixtar. I have been in the organization for about two years. My personal expereince with Quixtar has been extremely positive. From day one my sponsors explained to me that this was not a get rich quick thing and explained the potential income and what it would take to make the income. In reality, the business has surpassed my expectations. I love being an IBO and the integrity that I experience through the business I have seen in no other arena. Please consider these comments as you revise this document. I agree that all prospects,in any business, should receive honest information about home businesses. I think the idea of trying to limit the number of scams in the present day is honoable. I am concerned about the impact on legitimate business oportunites. I know the FTC's goal is not to hurt legitimate business owners such as myself by putting so many restrictions on the businesses. Please carefully consider the idea of talking about law suits within the company. I would not want one bad apple (for lack of a better phrase) ruin the image of Q for the remainder of us. Currently, I am unaware of any litigation involved with the business, frankly, it is none of my business who may be involved in litigation. Please consider the privacy that could/would be breached in such an occurance. It would be as if anyone who purchased a franchise of a Wendy's was provided with every possible law suit against any Wendy's Resturant throughout the world. Is is fair to judge one business owner for the mistakes of a business owner who may be 2000 miles away. Please try to be reasonable and know that there are many of us out there that are quite proud of how we can help people. Respectfully Submitted, Amy Roslevege
