Dear Sir / Madam, I have been involved in the Quixtar Business opportunity as an IBO for over 4 years now. I am extremely excited about this business opportunity and really believe that this has really helped me tremendously. I am looking to create an income of $2000/month in the next 6 months. I always share this opportunity with people I come in contact with because I want them also to get the same benefits that I have received through this. When I registered I was given all the information regarding this opportunity and I immediately got started because I felt it was the right thing for me. I understand that you are considering a new rule that a person would not be able to start the business immediately, I feel this will really slow down people to build the business. I immediately got started and soon was able to create $200/month in the business within the first 5-6 months. Moreover I was also given the option of complete (100%) refund of my initial investment (which was extremely small to the tune to $150) if I didn't want to build the business. So putting in a waiting period would only hurt someone who is ready to start right away and immediately see some benefits. Also in 7-10 days waiting time lot of things could have come in the way and I might have lost interest in the opportunity and totally missed this blessing. Also I would like to mention that the proporsed ruling that all IBO's should give references of other IBO's with name and address would hurt us tremendously. If my prospect is able to contact other IBO's then some other IBO might try to induce my prospect in their organisation. This will be fatal for my business. Rather this would lead to more friction and law suits between IBO's. I have also noticed that you are looking to set a new rule to provide all law suits against a company to the prospect. Honestly if this information was given to me, I wouldn't hv started the business. But later I have come to realise that what lawsuit one person files against the company or another person has little affect of the way I build my business. Most is important for me to build my business with honesty and intigrity. Please don't set such a rule because lot of interested positive prospects will loose interest because of this. Lot of the cases filled have absolutely no merit against the company. And if the prospect wants this information he/she can still get it from FTC website. Do I get a list of lawsuits against walmart before I go to shop there? Then how is my business any different. I am prospecting someone to see this business and do it if it interest him, if it doesn't he can decline, if after he gets started and feels he shouldn't have it has 100% money back guarentee, just as walmart prospects someone to buy their products from them. For disclosure of income we always disclose the average monthly income of all active IBO's. Also income in a business opportunity depends on lot of factors, the work, time and resources a person is willing to commit to the business. We share several income levels a prospect can reach through this business opportunity and it will not help to give disclosure for every business level. Also it would substantial reduce interest of serious prospects in the business opportunity without serving the purpose it is intended for. Also I noticed that FTC would require me to disclose my personal income. I as a business owner am extremely uncomfortable disclosing my personal information such as monthly income to everyone I share the opportunity with. Also my results in the business have no impact to what the prospect can do with the business. He can create several times more than me in much less time than I took or he can create nothing and not be profitable at all. If every student in an examination discloses what score he got how is that going to help a prospective student to that class. The prospective students caliber decides what score he will get it has little to do with what i made.
