Let's be fair. Isn't accepting a job offer, nothing more than, a business opportunity. Require all companies, in all industries, to do the same. Prior to hiring an employee every company in America must disclose all litigation against themselves, substantiate all employee incomes up to and including the CEO, have the potential employee wait seven days before accepting the temporary position as employee and give the potential employee a list of 10 other competitor companies and their telephone numbers in the area that may be hiring. Let's start with the FTC how much money do you make? How much money does your boss make? How many law suits (with or without merit) do you have against you? Can you guarantee that I will be employed and promoted despite my work ethic? I am all for cracking down on illegal scams that take advantage of people. Those types of people and businesses will be purged by the free enterprise system. (Enron, WorldCom, etc) Please consider the recommendations already in place by the Quixtar Corporation that provided me with enough information to make an educated decision. Think about it this way; if I lied to you how long would you be in business with me? If I lied to everyone I wanted to be in business with, how large of a business would I have?
