My wife and I have been working with Quixtar since the summer of 2001. Our goal is to create a legacy for our children and help numerous members of our extended family. To date, we have not made a large amount of money, but our business has more than funded itself and we have a good amount of money in savings just from changing our buying habits, servicing customers and teaching people we sponsor. We cannot put a price tag on the personal development we have received from the WWDB organization and the affiliation with Quixtar. When we were sponsored into the Quixtar business, we were very informed of our decision. We have made it a point to educate everyone we sponsor. I tell everybody we share the business plan with, that this is the simplest business in the world, but you will work harder on this than you do any other means of making income. We encourage the people we sponsor to invest around $200 dollars to get started and tell them it will take about $100 per month to build it correctly. We also offer a 100% money back on the $200 if the person(s) is not ready. This industry grows when people are inspired to achieve and have belief that they can. This typically takes multiple meetings and around a month of time to educate a new person(s). Therefore, when they decide to get started, they are well aware of what it takes, a seven day waiting period at that point would only be a point of frustration. While going through the typical month of education, the new people are introduced to ideally at least three different IBO's that would have a financial interest in their future, this is the power of the WWDB organization. Requiring ten references for IBO's in the local area is not reasonable. There may not even be 10 IBO's in the local area that have a financial interest in the new poeple. Why would I ever want to introduce a new person to people I do not know, or know their work habit or beliefs, etc. Quixtar is a great corporation, but my relationship with them is only through service and products. There are millions of people that have the same relationship with Quixtar that I do, but that in NO WAY means they work the same as I do with the WWDB organization. There are also people in the WWDB organization that do not follow the suggested guidelines and cause us to have a bad reputation. Why would I want to provide this kind of garbage (litigation) to a new person? I want to teach them the correct way, not the wrong way! This industry is not an illegal pyramid. Therefore, what one person can create as an income in no way relates to what another person will make. The bonuses and percentages between wholesale and retail are always the same, but it does not mean the income will be the same. We share an average montly gross income, because it is the law, but it is really very pointless. I do not work with average people, so to quote average incomes is misleading. This business is based on trust between IBO's and if I have not gained the trust of the person I am sponsoring, than I should not be sponsoring them. My personal financial information is PERSONAL! Just because I sponsor 5 IBO's and sell products to 20 customers, does not mean the person I sponsor will do the same thing. And even if they did, there is no guarantee that the one month of effort would produce the same result. This industry is perfect in the fact that you get paid ultimately for the amount of volume your business moves each month, not the number of people you sponsor. When somebody asks me "How much are you making", I know immediately that they do not understand how this business works. Giving new people an example with realistic numbers to work through during our business presentation should be sufficient. Expressing what the low, average, or high end example are, is really not reasonable. I think this proposal is a good thing, but it needs to be fine tuned and I hope my comments help in this area. Thanks for listening
