Attn. FTC, We have been affiliated to Quixtar since 1999, and prior to with Amway, since 1985. We have reached the level of Founders Sapphire. Our next goal is to help one more group reach Platium level, and we will attain Emerald level. This business helped put our two daughters though college, while maintaining my job, that is why we started our business. We have put effort into our business, as we did with a few other conventional businesses we started. Each one of those took to much capital, and we couldn't handle the debt on those. This we started with a very low cost, and invested a little every month to learn how to do it, this we could handle. Then with effort, helping others to duplicate what we did, if they wanted to have an larger income. We teach each one the same things, and have helped many people succeed with us. We explain this is not a get rich scheme, and it will take effort to succeed. The costs to get started today is only $65, plus an optional, product pack, which is avaiable, all with a 100% money back guarantee if they decide to leave the business. A reasonable cancellation time should be stated. [1] Regarding the 7-day waiting period. Why? When everything is 100% guaranteed. If we wait 7 days it's the same, except we waste another trip [gas @ $2.80] plus we and they, lose time to start their friends and family on the way to extra income. No one gets hurt with 100% guarantee for any and all. This is a major detriment and not needed. Insurance is not that way. A reasonable cancellation time should be stated. [2] Regarding lists of other Ibo's given to a prospect. They are my competition. No one in any other business would ever do that, would you? Not a good idea. [3] Regrading all litigation put out to prospects. I worked for JCPenney all the way up to, and including Store Mgr. The company always was, and is in litagation. We didn't know about it, and the same in this business. Frivilous law suits are rampant everywhere. We all can, should ,and we did, contact the BBB, on any business. Not needed as a rule, no other small business does this, nor should we.[4] Regarding statements of income. Everyone should have what the average income as per active IBO in that business, we do, from Quixtar, and it's on our literature for new prospects to see and have.[5] Discloser of personal income. Every one should be using a standardized example of income that can be made, but in no business does one need to disclose their personal income, except to the IRS, or any other Gov't agency that has that jurisdiction to do so. We could not, disclose our income to any other Mgn. at JCPenney or get fired for doing that, that was our business. We tell prospects, any one can make the income levels on the standardized plan we all use, from Quixtar, but you will need to work for it. We'll help them and teach them if they will let us, not all want to build a business, but have the convenience of home delivery only, that is their decision. Lyle and Donna Noble
