More stringent rules are definitely required for MLMs. I've been involved in several - Amway (2x), Melaleuca, Mary Kay and others. Most require a few hundred dollars to a thousand or more for initial materials and kits. What they don't tell you is how hard it is to find people to work under you. They make it seem so easy. I never ever made any money even after several months of trying. Many of the TV marketers have similar scams I'm sure. Dummies like me fall for their line of gab, believe them and part with our hard earned money. Please apply more rules to these companies. Thank you.
