The direct selling industry is new to me. About a year ago I found a great company with an awsome opportunity. I have never been involved in this sort of business before so I was a little scared, but I figured what do I have to loose. My start up fee was just thirty five dollars and I could cancel at any time. I am very sad to read about the proposed new FTC guidlines. I know the FTC thinks its protecting people but these proposals will prevent people like me from getting a small home business. It seems to me that the good honest citizens and businesses will be experiencing the most hardships. The unethical people in MLM's will always find a way. Please don't take the american dream away from those of us who enjoy Direct Selling and are with legitimate companies.
