Comments:
The the overall premise for this bill is good, I feel that it will hurt our individual businesses rather than help. Proposed reglations will restrict our ability to be successful in this line of work. For example, waiting seven days for a client to be able to sign up is much too long. In sales, one has a 24-48 hour window to follow up with a client. After that, the likelihood of doing business/signing up is minimal. Disclosing information is also good, but disclosing financial information could be misleading to potential clients. In a complex company where there is a range of incomes and work ethic, I feel the level of disclosure proposed would again, hurt our business. Please reconsider this bill, as it needs a tremendous amount of work. Please support American small business!
