I have been an Independant Business Owner In the direct marketing business since 1989. My wife and I have since develop an enconomic development mindset that has changed the direction of our life and many others. This type of business gives lower income earners the opportunity to start a business with little start up cost. We learned ways of being debt free and is now able to teach others the same. This proposed Rule is a form of viewpoint discrimanation. Many of our contacts are professionals as well as blue collar workers and would not choose to have their information disclosed to be contacted.
