Dear FTC, I have been an IBO for 2.5 years. I recently graduated from UW-Madison with a degree in Business. I wanted to let you know that the people I have worked with on this project have been of the highest integrity and have helped me financially as well as helped me become a better citizen. I think it is great that there are some changes being made so that non legal schemes will be eliminated and stop giving our business a bad name. However I do feel that it is only logical to impose the same standards on a networking business as you do with any other business. If I buy stock in a company and become part owner, I do not recieve the names and phone numbers of the Board of Directors. Also I do not need to be mailed out a document with every single potential or active lawsuit facing that company. Surely it is only fair in a free market economy to impose restrictions to partner in a venture that apply to ALL businesses. Thank you for upholding the principles that this country was founded on: capitalism, freedom, and the individual rights of all people to prosper and pursue happiness. Respectfully, Elliott Kane
