June, 30th, 2006 Hello, I analyze MLM-systems for some years by now and publish my results in the WWW. Nearly all systems originate in the USA, so some of the complaints I filed directly in the USA. The in no way acceptible result was that e.g. a company caused damage exceeding 100 mio US Dollars, but was later said by the court to have done nothing conflicting with the laws. Obviously quite a lot with these laws is WRONG. It cannot be that companies commit large-scale fraud and in their wrong-doing are supported by courts. These are some of my reports: about "gmt!", "get moving today!": This company caused damage exceeding 100 mio USD. about "ProBuilderPlus": This is the by far most aggressive scam I have ever seen. Within weeks several hundred thousand people were sucked into the system. about the fraud with faked studies: "Morinda", "Tahitian Noni, Inc." This is a scam exceeding BILLIONS of dollars in damage. The dealers attack even people ill with cancer and make them drink one bottle per day at ca. 50 USD per bottle. We see people ORDERED by their naturopaths or doctors to drink that juice. The whole fraud is based on health claims by Neil Solomon, which are completely forged. Solomon's claims allege an efficacy in more than even 80 percent of the cases, including severe infections, heart diseases, or even cancer. This very company even makes their dealers and the public believe that it received a prize by the United Nations in New York. I complained with the UN offices in Brussels and New York. about "Forever Living Products" and their aloe vera scam: This company commits large-scale scam in which their top-dealers (with several 100'000 dealers below them) organize advertising with health claims KNOWN to be false and expressly forbidden by law. According to the figures I found, the sales here exceed 300 mio USD per year. The top-dealers and/or the company are part in a corruption plot with the Saarlaendischer Rundfunk in a scale larger than anything before in Germany: The top-dealers even rented a hall for their feast with 6000 dealers to see the TV show which they had corrupted. To my knowledge my investigations are the most scrutinising in Europe. Large parts of my material I do not publish but immediately disclose to legal authorites to support prosecution of the crimes commited by MLM systems. I found that MLM by its base construction either directly IS organized crime or inevitably, perforcibly, unavoidably LEADS to organized crime. To make rules for MLM only supports this crime construction scheme. We must stop that millions of people each year are the prey of this organized crime. MLM must be forbidden by law, once and for all! Aribert Deckers
