As a business owner of several years, utilizing Quixtar's marketing plan, I have seen many similar businesses. From what I have seen in the draft, the only benefit would be for bureaucratic paperwork. If I want to know how a proposed business is doing, I do my own due diligence by consulting Dun & Bradstreet and other resources. In the contracting business, each state requires different procedures, but the best one is to simply find out from the proper state entity if the business is a functioning business. I never tell people what my income is because a business plan should do that. If you want to catch a rat, buy a cat. Building a maze only makes sense if the rat is being employed by the science industry. Thank you.
