I applaud your efforts to stop this scam operation. But please note that this Vemma organization is in two parts. First is the Vemma company that manufactures the product that seems very ligitimate and of the finest quality: then- there is their marketing group that goes under the name of, Vemma Builder. My many complaint calls to them gave me this information of separate outfits. I'm not surprised that Vemma is trying to protect their marketing company; even if it is a mistake . My direct up-line; called Todd Shefchik; sent out bogus emails about a free business opportunity if I just purchased the Vemma product. He and his mother-in-law (I found out through other conplaints), have blocked me from further business building information from them because they didn't like my past questions about why all the "up-line" email links to Todd came back as, "user unknown." Only one email link finally worked after I purchased the product and Todd soon found a way to dislike me. I have his excuse emails saved also. In this operation, all your business building information must go through your sign-on up-line; which in this case is Todd and his mother-in-law! I have complained and get nowhere. I still receive the Vemma product because it is quality; but I am still getting scores of emails about down-line members under me that I can't access without the help of my original up-line, Todd Shefchik, and their paid by me, advertiseing internet program to get three personal members to sign on. My friends and family won't touch this scam with a ten foot pole! I also can't find the business plan on the Vemma website to get around this blasted scam. I've saved all the Vemma Builder emails because I don't uses this AOL mailbox for personal use. Before I delete all this and that includes the private emails to Todd and his mother-in-law; I'd like to hope some justice can come out of this waste of time. Now to make my profits from my massive down-line; again; I have to contact my up-line who is Todd and his mother-in-law!! You get the picture here? My massive down-line will prove a fortune to the next one in line and that is the scam I discovered a few months ago when I signed on with this Vemma Builder marketing outfit. It looks to me as if they just needed names to pile new sales onto, until they could get rid of them and take over their down-lines. I'm not a stranger to private product sales and spent years ago as a nutritional sales representative for the Shaklee Corp. Although many in this sales outfit with Vemma Builder may be operating ligitmately, their big ones are not. Todd Shefchik is a top level manager and not connected to all the others; but he's got a big automatic email sending operation and puts out propaganda. This is my second reply to you because Vemma sent me another request to support them today. My old tracking number is: 522418-03730. Thank you FTC, for trying to spend my tax dollars is a consumer friendly way! Yes, I'm disgruntled; but with reason; and that's why I've saved all the Vemma mails thus far. You are welcome to all of them if you need them: since they're not doing me much good right now! Norrine Halvorsen PS: When I read your FTC proposal again, as provided by the Vemma email today; my computer froze up totally and I had to shut down manually to re-start. Do they have snoopers or virusus on your FTC proposal? Usually my security software will do that when the bugs are too many to mention!
